Welcome

Starting in February of 2009, I started losing weight. My starting weight was 365lbs, and almost two years later..I'm down to a solid 235lbs.

This blog is going to concern my fitness goals, nutritional information, motivational pictures & videos, and a few contact links so you can get in touch with me if need be.
