Back into the swing of things..

Great day in the gym today. The new personal trainer helped with me my form on alot of back related lifting, and explained to me that slower is better on the negative(releasing the weights back to the resting place)

Absolutely killed cardio. 30 minutes, level 8 resistance, 476 calories.

Down to 242 this morning brahs. Was 251 as of 1/12/2011. Most of this is water weight, but its still nice seeing the scale go down.
